2. Purpose of processing

We process the data you provide through the contact forms, WhatsApp, email or phone in order to handle your requests for information and commercial enquiries (leads) relating to our estate-agency services: assisting you, valuing your property, proposing homes and following up on your interest.

The basis that legitimises the processing is your consent, given freely, specifically and on an informed basis when you send us your data through the site's contact channels. You may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

4. Data collected

We collect only the data needed to assist you, which usually includes: full name, phone number, email address and the content of your message or enquiry. We do not request special categories of data. Please do not provide third-party data without their consent.

5. Retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, where applicable, while a commercial relationship is maintained. Afterwards it will be duly blocked for the legally required periods to address possible liabilities, after which it will be deleted.
