Our story
From a calling to serve into a trusted estate agency
AP Real Estate Services was founded in 2021 with a simple idea, uncommon in this trade: to treat every home as if it were our own and every client as if they were the only one. Carlos, its founder, had spent years hearing the same thing from people buying or selling in Almería — the rush, the empty promises, valuations tailored to win the listing — and decided to do it differently.
Since then we've supported families searching for their first home, owners who wanted to sell well and without scares, and international buyers who needed to understand each step of the process in Spain. What defines us isn't the number of deals, but that most come recommended by those who have already trusted us.
Today we work from our office on Avenida de la Estación, in the heart of Almería, with a knowledge of the local market — from the Centre to Cabo de Gata — that's only earned on the ground, neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
